Your non-refundable booking deposit in the amount of $750 can be deducted from your first payment

Suggested payment schedule – 1st payment due All final balances due April 1. If you need to tweak this , we can make other arrangements. Supply me with your payment dates with an understanding that this is a commitment to be honored without reminders from Melissa. Half of the balance is due by March 15.

Additional information

A special advantage of Art & Spirit in Ireland is the opportunity to stay in two different locations, providing you with a larger taste of Ireland, compared to other art retreats in Ireland. Both locations are on the water, one is lakefront, the other right on the ocean- Heaven!

What is included: (see full itinerary below)

all accommodations
all breakfasts, 3- 4 lunches, and 3- 5 dinners
2-3 Sacred site tours
transfer from each location to the next
entry fees to sacred and cultural sites and gardens
my watercolor instruction and circle leadership, meditation
pub visits with authentic Irish music

What is not included:

airfare
short taxi ride from airport to hotel
any meals not stated above
transport to your departure airport (either Shannon or Dublin – Melissa can make transport by van arrangement
hotel at airport in case you need it before your departure flight

Cancellation Policy –

A refund will be offered for any medical issue and/or emergency, (proof required) less a $750 admin fee. Non-refundable payments have been issued in advance to my vendors making it necessary for me to retain partial payment to cover these costs. With months of planning to make this a most special retreat, I will do my best to honor emergencies.

Cancellation after payment of your full balance within 60 days of the start of the retreat –you will be refunded half of what you have paid. You many find someone to take your place if Melissa feels the substitute is a good fit for the retreat. If you cancel less than 60 days before the retreat begins there are no refunds.

Travel insurance is required. It is suggested that you purchase this upon booking.

Half of your full fee is required by March 15 unless other arrangements have been made. All payments must be completed by April 1.

In the highly unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel the retreat for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full. Melissa is not responsible for any flight or hotel expenses connected to your trip.
