CREATE A VISUAL DREAM JOURNAL – OR SIMPLY A VISUAL JOURNAL ~ for a deeper understanding of your inner world

I’m fascinated by dreams and have been paying more attention lately, wondering how the virus and isolation is affecting mine. Also, a book that I have recently enjoyed “In Love with the World” by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche has a chapter called “Of Sleep and Dreams” that I thought was interesting and made me re-visit my own dream journal. I have also been reading and listening to others who have studied dreams and I share more about that in the course.
This turbulent time in our world is a time ripe for going within and seeing what is being activated in your psyche. What needs attention? What, if any fears are arising and how does that look in your dreams? My dream journals are one of my favorite tools for getting into my unconscious and subconscious. If you have no art training it’s a fun way to play around with color. If you have done some art it is a fun practice for translating what is in your mind’s eye onto paper or practicing translating feelings into images or just use simple brush or pen strokes to let your images flow.
You can choose to participate by writing down your dreams if you prefer- use the course as a way of setting intention to have and remember your dreams. You are also welcome to mix up the writing and artwork.
No fancy materials are needed.
The course will run over a period of 4 weeks, enough time to invite in and allow for any potent dream images. This course is open to everyone- no experience necessary.

- Initial introductory zoom call (approximately 30 minutes) explaining how to proceed
- Email with reminders of suggested ways to proceed along with list of inexpensive suggested supplies as well as sources on dream studies
- Follow up zoom call inviting you to share about your experience and share journal entries if you like
