RETAIL ORDERS
You can order 3 ways using our Shopping Cart.
1. Secure Credit Card Order Online.
(Add items to the Shopping Cart and complete your order
using your credit card online.)
2. Add items to cart and select option
"Transaction via Toll Free Number" from Cart menu.
(This will provide a printable order that you can use as a reference
when placing your order by phone.)
3. Add items to cart and select option
"Check or Money Order" from Cart menu.
(This will provide a printable order that you can send along with your payment.)
Outside U.S.A.
If you are not concerned about knowing your shipping amount ahead of time just email or call me with your order. You will need to call me with your credit card number and exp date. It is not secure to send this info via email. If I am not in the office you can leave that information on my machine. It is only me that checks the messages. You can email the ship date, phone number etc.
If you would like me to check your shipping price ahead of time: Call or email me exactly what you want to order. I will have to pack it and weigh it to quote you a price. I am happy to do this, however it is very time consuming so if you are not really serious about going through with your order, please don't put me through the motions. After that just follow instructions as above.

- If you are not satisfied with an item, or if it is damaged in transit, you may return it for a refund of the item price within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
- Refunds are made in the same form as payment was initially made.
- We do not keep credit card numbers on file, therefore you will need to either call or fax us with the credit card number as well as the expiration date of the credit card that you would like credited if payment was by charge.
- We take every precaution to insure safe arrival of our goods. However, our responsibility ceases once the shipment is turned over to the carrier. Inspect your shipment immediately. Open it as soon as possible. In case of damages, notify us immediately and SAVE ALL CONTAINERS AND PACKING MATERIAL. Notify the carrier as well if it arrives by Fedex. Timing matters. You must make your claim within a couple of days of receipt.
