One of my greatest joys in life is to help folks develop their creativity. I especially enjoy tailor-making the ideal situations for individuals. If it is technique you wish to focus on we will hone your skills. If it is learning to access and express the images that you want to bring forth, we can do that as well. I utilize both my background in fine arts as well as my intuitive abilities to tune into you to help you develop artistically. We can work in a traditional “art school” fashion with academic assignments, or, more deeply including more of your emotional and dream states. Your choice. This is an opportunity to explore your psyche through your artwork in a way that you won’t find in other art classes.
My classes and workshops have been enthusiastically received for years at my home studio as well as retreat centers across the country. My individual mentoring program is ideal for those of you that can’t make the groups or prefer a one on one relationship. They are also useful in addition to workshops or other artistic study programs.
I offer opportunities for study either in person here at my studio or long distance. We will explore the ideal mediums, subject matter, sources of inspiration and styles of working that will best help to foster creativity in you. Our program will include many of the tools that I put to use in my workshops such as dreams, shamanic journeying, music, meditation as well as assignments created especially for you.
Trial session – Is this for me? We can explore whether this is a fit for you with a single session. In this session you are invited to share your background and bring in past works of art, examples of what you would like to work toward, or whatever else you feel called to present. If you feel this is for you we can apply the fee toward a six session plan taking pro-rated according to time spent.
We will set up session times in advance, preferably one per week or as our schedules require. If you need to cancel a session, you must do so 24 hours in advance or forfeit the session.
“Creativity Activation” - 6 sessions, 1/2 hour review sessions
In Person Activation - Bring in your work for review and receive next assignments according to your progress. Explore next steps and continual review of how you wish to move forward. Includes the below description as well, excluding the on site work.
Fee includes:
- 6 or more homework assignments created specifically for your artistic development and your individual needs as an artist
- Six 30 minute sessions in person meeting time
- A 40% discount on one of my weekend workshops
Total price for “Creativity Activation” is $395
Pay in full and get a 10% Discount
and receive all your assignments up
front.
Pay in 3 installments of
$131.67 and receive your assignments as you pay.
Program
must be completed within 3 months of
registration.
In Person Hands on Activation – 6 “work on site” sessions lasting up to 2 hours each
Bring your own supplies and work on site in my studio. Includes on site assignments, review of homework assignment or other art works, discussion and exploration of life issues in relation to your artwork (only if you wish to work in this way). We can work in a traditional “art school” fashion with academic assignments, or, more deeply including more of your emotional and dream states. Your choice. This is an opportunity to explore your psyche through your artwork in a way that you won’t find in other art classes.
Fee includes:
- 6 or more homework assignments created specifically for your artistic development and your individual needs as an artist
- Six 2 hour sessions in person meeting time
- A 50% discount on one of my weekend workshops ($132.50value)
Total price for “In person hands on activation” is $750 or $550 if you bring another person
Pay in full and get a 10% Discount and receive all your materials at once
Pay in 3 installments of $250 (or $183.33 if you bring another person) and receive your
assignments.
Program
must be completed within 4 months of
registration.
Long Distance Activation – Six 30 minute phone sessions
You will need the capability to email me photos of what you are working on or you can snail mail me the photos for discussion. We will cover the same territory as the above:
Includes review of homework assignment or other artworks, discussion and exploration of life issues in relation to your artwork (only if you wish to work in this way). We can work in a traditional “art school” fashion with academic
assignments, or, more deeply including more of your emotional and dream states. Your choice. This is an opportunity to explore your psyche through your artwork in a way that you won’t find in other art classes.
We follow the same procedure as above for setting up our appointments in advance.
Fee includes:
- 6 or more homework assignments created specifically for your artistic development and your individual needs as an artist
- Six 30 minute sessions on phone meeting time
- A 40% discount on one of my weekend workshops ($106 value)
